NFL odds and lines, Week 12: Bears vs. Rams 2017

The St. Louis Rams are set to play host to the Chicago Bears for a Week 12 matchup on Sunday. St. Louis (4-6) has struggled this season, unable to find a consistent offense, but things are looking up after a three-game losing skid was snapped in Week 10. Chicago (6-4) is in a first-place tie with the Detroit Lions in the NFC North after a solid 23-20 victory over the Baltimore Ravens in overtime in Week 11.

This will be the first of two meetings between the rivals, and they Toronto Blue Jays Cheap Jerseys won’t meet again until Week 17. The division could look a lot different at that point, but this game is plenty important. It’s a pretty even matchup on paper, and the odds line up with that assessment, too.

Cleveland opened as 2.5-point favorites for the matchup, according to OddsShark. That line did narrow throughout the week, with some sites having the Browns favored by as little as 1 point while others offer them at 1.5 points. It’s likely that oddsmakers view these two teams as being very evenly matched, and that Cleveland is getting the narrow nod due to home-field advantage.

The over/under for the matchup opened at 41.5 points and hasn’t moved much. That total has gone under in four of Pittsburgh’s last six games and over in four of Cleveland’s last six.

Usually a defensive tackle is a run stopper or a pass rusher — it’s rare that one is excellent at both. That’s exactly what you see from McCoy every single week though. Had his defensive coaches Very Cheap Jerseys pulled their collective heads out of their collective asses earlier in the season and stopped with all the blitzing and stunting, there is no telling what kind of sack numbers he would have right now. As it stands he already has six on the season, which is a career high for him and that number will likely shoot up if his coaches continue with the game plan from the last two weeks.
